Permanent Bracelet Reservation Fee

Secure your permanent bracelet appointment! The $50 reservation fee will go towards the final price.

Appointment slots are on 5-18, from 11-4, every 15 minutes with a break from 1:30-2:00. We will contact you to confirm your appointment.

Please make sure to include contact information so we can reach you.

Your reservation will not be secured until the fee is paid, and you've been contacted by a Chic employee to set your appointment time.
