The “Pick up Date” on your items list is the last day your items will be eligible for commission. If your items sell after the pick up date, you will not receive commission for the sale of those items. If you’d like to have your items picked up prior to the “Pick up Date” you must email or call us (not direct message on social media) 48 hours prior to that date to have your items pulled for pick up! *You do not need an appointment to pick up your expired items. 

Luxury items (marked AX) do not expire. However, they will be eligible for a markdown on their last day. You will always receive a commission on luxury items!

If you do not wish to pick up your expired items, we will donate your items to Lazarus House Ministries in Lawrence, Massachusetts.

Our consignment appointments are only 30 minutes long. We inspect each of your items very carefully. To keep things moving, having your clothing items hung makes it go smoothly! Any type of hanger is fine. If you do not have extra hangers to bring in, please come a few minutes early and we will provide them for you!

When you first joined us, we provided you with a login to your consignment account! You may check the status of your account anytime, here. If you have any trouble logging into your account, please contact us so we can reset your account for you. We now have 7,000+ consignors! We must allow you to have access to your account and monitor your items from home!

Just because your items come at the right time of year and are in perfect condition, sometimes we just don’t have the space! If we have too much of one category, we must pass on your items at that time. Things fluctuate all the time and we encourage you to give us a call after some time and see if we can take them again. We will never promise to accept any item at any given time.

We pride ourselves on selling only authentic merchandise. We authenticate all luxury items to ensure that our customers are satisfied that they are purchasing only authentic, luxury items. The certificate that we provide belongs to you! If your item doesn’t sell in the allotted time, the certificate will go home with you when you pick it up!

Simply put, STAFFING! If you have trouble making it during that time, we can sometimes (on some days/weeks) accommodate an off-time appointment. Please give us a call to schedule an appointment!

No, consignment commissions never expire! You may also use your consignment credit as store credit when shopping in our store! Otherwise, we issue checks every other month (February, April, June, August, October & December). If you have more than $25 in your account, your check will automatically be issued and you’ll receive an email to pick up your check.
